Free for employees

Subscription for drivers
Drivers pay a monthly or yearly subscription to access requests and send offers, with a reminder before it expires.
The fare goes to the driver
The price agreed in the contract is paid by the employee directly to the driver, in cash or online, as chosen in the request.
No per-ride commission: the platform earns from driver subscriptions, and the fare stays between employee and driver.

Got a question?
Is Dawami free for employees?
Yes. Employees post requests, receive offers and chat with drivers for free, and only pay the agreed fare to the driver.
What's the difference between private and shared rides?
A private ride is just for you. A shared ride can include other employees on the same route and is usually cheaper.
How is the price set?
You set a weekly budget and drivers propose their prices. If you mark it negotiable, you may receive a range of offers to choose from.
Why do drivers need a subscription?
It keeps the drivers who send offers serious and active, and lets the platform run without a commission on every ride.
What happens to other offers when I accept one?
They're declined automatically and their drivers are notified. Your request becomes "assigned" and a contract is created with your chosen driver.
Which cities does Dawami cover?
Dawami operates across the regions of Saudi Arabia. You pick the region, city and district when posting your request.
